Chubb is seeking a general marketing & communication strategist as the manager for our North America Financial Lines and Property divisions. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of critical projects, events, and campaigns for these divisions in alignment with strategic marketing and communications plans across all internal and external platforms. The role will also be responsible for designing, writing, crafting, and deploying engaging marketing B2B campaigns and promotional content across events, sales, and digital channels. This position will work closely with marketing/communications team members and key business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills, marketing strategies, event experience and writing - who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously and is a highly creative communicator with demonstrable experience in building messages for targeted audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications for North America Financial Lines. Candidates invited to interview should be prepared to share a portfolio of past work to demonstrate relatable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the business' communications, marketing strategies, and tactics, including agent/broker communications and sales campaigns, while ensuring assets are executed following all applicable marketing controls
  • Collateral development, thought leadership, and internal employee communication in coordination with the Chubb North America Marketing Communications team.
  • Provide virtual and on-site support at events as needed. Manage the development and distribution of invitation/registration systems (Swoogo) supporting key events.
  • Oversee the execution of email marketing initiatives through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Participate in ongoing social media engagement and activities, including reviewing and recommending tactics, contributing to strategy, and drafting copy for Chubb's social media channels.
  • Work with digital teams to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, sharing results and learnings with internal stakeholders and making subsequent improvements accordingly.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required - Marketing or Communications major preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role required.
  • A solid commercial insurance or financial services foundation is preferred but not required.
  • B2B marketing and advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaboratively work and help drive towards key dates and deliverables.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven work environment
  • Skilled in working with communications software, general software, and platforms, including various email packages (such as SFMC), MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, digital marketing and social media applications, video, and the like a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; takes initiative and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teams as needed to achieve shared goals
