We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team at Dignity & Wellness Patient Solutions in support of our portfolio companies. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, support the sales team, generate leads, and enhance retention efforts.

What You'll Do
- Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Specialist's daily responsibilities include executing marketing tasks and projects including developing and distributing thought leadership content, developing sales materials, collaborating on content delivery for digital channels, and tailoring messaging to distinct target audiences.
- Successful candidates will possess solid written and verbal communication skills and digital media aptitude. Comfort with various technologies and the ability to learn quickly is also desirable. This individual should exhibit excellent interpersonal and time management skills and display strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and mission.
- Assist with the planning and execution of new service launches, including the development of sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and campaigns to drive awareness and adoption.
- Lead content creation strategy and execution, from copywriting and graphic design to basic in-house video production. Ability to manage vendors for larger projects.
- Manage copywriting workflow, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging ChatGPT capabilities.
- Thoroughly proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy adherence to brand, legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Supports Sales in the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase services and amplify messaging.
- Supports the lead generation and nurturing processes, ensuring Sales and Operations teams have the materials and insights they need to effectively engage, convert, and retain.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of sales and marketing campaigns to help support future strategies.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2 - 4 years experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or event marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with Hubspot is required
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems.
- Photography and/or Video content creation is a plus
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industry is a plus.
