Your Impact
Hearst's Performance Marketing team works strategically to launch, optimize, and analyze Search & Social campaigns for our digital brands. As a part of this team, the Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for media buying and traffic acquisition across tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, as well as developing team strategies. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, highly organized, possess a passion for analytics, and be extremely detail oriented.

The base salary for this role is between $74,000-85,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Launch, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns for high value accounts, managing them to hit brand, format, and seasonal-specific ROAS goals.
- Run and analyze campaign reporting to determine optimization opportunities and new buying strategies for the team's portfolio of campaigns.
- Contribute to team-wide reports, delivering them regularly and improving their design.
- Collaborate, share results, and brainstorm with other Performance Marketers to help shape campaign and program strategy, and present findings to both team and management.
- Troubleshoot issues with campaign settings and media buying as they arise.
- Help with trainings for new employees and new processes.
- Work on individually developed projects designed to deepen our understanding of the ecosystem and help identify opportunities for growth for our team and business.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Background in Paid Search, with knowledge of Google Ads formats, settings, and best practices
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with BI tools and large data sets, and skilled at organizing and interpreting data
- Adept at digging into details to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
