We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual for our Marketing Coordinator position to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns by managing various marketing activities, including seminar scheduling and management, social media management, email marketing, market research, and campaign tracking, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while working closely with the team to achieve overall marketing goals. 

Responsibilities:

Campaign development and execution:

  • Plans, creates, and implements marketing campaigns across multiple channels like seminars, social media, TV, radio, email, website, and print. 

Content creation:

  • Assisting with the writing and editing of marketing copy for various platforms including website content, social media posts and email newsletters.

Social media and website management:

  • Keeping website content up to date and managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance. 

Email marketing:

  • Creating and managing email marketing campaigns.

Data analysis:

  • Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. 

Event planning and coordination:

  • Plans seminars and other marketing events through the entire life cycle of booking the venue, mailing invitations, keeping track of those that registered for the event, and post-seminar follow-up.

Marketing collateral creation:

  • Work closely with team to design and develop marketing materials such as invitations, brochures, and flyers.
Qualifications:

Required skills for a marketing coordinator:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey marketing messages. 
  • Understanding of various digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools. 
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop engaging marketing content. 
  • Data analysis skills to measure campaign performance and identify insights. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 
  • Ensuring accuracy in marketing materials and data. 

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (ideal but not required). 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with digital marketing exposure.
