UX Systems Engineer, Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.
The Work:
This contract supports compliance solutions and integration, as well as development and sustainment of analytic services and hosting platforms to sustain analytics, threads, and services to enable the agency and tactical customers' missions and goals throughout the extended enterprise.

This contract supports compliance solutions and integration, as well as development and sustainment of analytic services and hosting platforms to sustain analytics, threads, and services to enable the agency and tactical customers' missions and goals throughout the extended enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of related experience, or 10 years of related experience with no degree
- Proficient in customer discovery and engagement
- Experience creating wireframes
- Understand and design color palettes
- Experience creating mockups
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of 508 Compliance
As a UX Systems Engineer, You Will:
- Interface directly with the customer, development teams and leadership to support the modernization of the projects within this cyber security portfolio.
- Provide support in re-designing existing UX platforms and as new products are developed, the candidate will support the design of new GUI interfaces.
- Lead usability studies to better understand the user workflow and recommend changes based upon study findings.
- Support the creation of training modules to further engage users in leveraging the functionality across the GUIs for each project.
