TikTok's Performance Product Growth team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible to drive revenue growth for our advertisers by enhancing signal quality, delivering tailored product portfolios to maximize ROAS, and nurturing long-term sustainable growth. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below:

- Partner with our sales teams to develop tools and generate insights to improve product adoption.
- Lead program-level operational support and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure our product go-to-market runs smoothly.
- Monitor and analyze product adoption trends across the region/vertical to create action plans.
Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a BA/BS/MS program.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- High degree of customer service orientation and experience in client-facing roles.

- Some level of product marketing or performance campaign management experience, especially in digital ad products.
