Sony Pictures Entertainment is one of the industry's leading content providers. We are looking for an administrative assistant IV to support a Creative Content Executive. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can anticipate the needs of the executives to keep the department on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the EVP and any other department execs; anticipate next steps
  • Coordinate schedule/calendar/phone management; keep execs on schedule
  • Coordinate travel, visas, itineraries and other travel logistics
  • Generate travel and expense reports
  • Create and maintain global contacts
  • Process and track Invoices
  • Create and update presentations, letters, and other forms of management reports and communications
  • Internet research
  • Special projects as required

  • Prior experience in entertainment preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience


The anticipated base salary for this position is $66,560 to $83,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
