Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right flooring materials and designs for their homes or businesses
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on different types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet
- Create and present design proposals to customers, incorporating their preferences and budget
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, showcasing the latest flooring products and designs
- Prior experience in flooring sales or design preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design
- Basic Computer Skills preferred
