- Commission Structure:
- 5%-15% of sales
- Additional 1%-3% commission on self-generated leads

- Conduct in-home sales consultations using a proven sales process tailored to clients needs and budgets.
- Prepare and present kitchen and bathroom designs using 20/20 Design or similar software.
- Maintain client communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and create raving fans.
- Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions as required.
- Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of revenue generation.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Growth-oriented with a desire for long-term success.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
- Office day: Mondays
- Consultations: Tuesday-Friday (11am, 2pm, and/or 5pm) and two Saturdays per month (10am and/or 1pm)
- One evening consultation per week
