Landscape Designer Job at Bosch's Landscaping Specialists LLC in Holland

Bosch's Landscaping Specialists is looking to add a Landscape Designer to our team.  They will be responsible for meeting with customers who have reached out for a design/consultation appointment and providing a quote per the customer’s requests.  No cold calling. 

Experience preferred, but we are willing to train.  Rate of pay dependent upon experience.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Generate detailed quotes and design plans for landscape installations, commercial maintenance, and snow removal requests.

Maintain positive relationships with current customers to ensure continued partnership.

Monitor costs to ensure profitability goals are being met.

Assist landscape crew with the implementation of designs in the field.

Organize delivery of landscape materials to job sites.

Preferred:

Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or Landscape Architecture.

Ability to utilize CAD and free hand drawings to secure projects.

Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service. 

Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.

Can multi-task.

Has landscape installation experience.

Has proven leadership and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual.

Works independently and manages time effectively.
