Producer with Agency Ownership Track

The Farmers Insurance of East San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on auto, home life and business insurance. We are looking for self-driven individuals who have aspirations of future agency ownership! Experience in the industry is not necessary but would help you start strong. - Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads and referrals that are provided by the agency and driven by your activity.

- Ensure that the Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects

accordingly.

- Responsible for accurate qualification of risks.

- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased

insurance.

- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

• Valid Insurance Producer License
• Property & Casualty and Life license are a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in insurance sales and outside sales
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in customer service and benefits administration
• Spanish or Multilingual capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
• Close commute to Pasadena, CA
