Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing Activations team. You will play a pivotal role in managing the technical requirements for our team, which is responsible for owning both data products and data solutions to support various internal marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements for data products and solutions. Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, use cases, and functional requirements for data products and solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of technical requirements. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical requirements, from inception to implementation, including prioritization, scheduling, and tracking progress. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of data products and solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to internal marketing teams and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical requirements. 5+ years of experience with Masters. Strong understanding of data management and analytics concepts. Strong SQL skills. Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's with 7+ years of experience. Masters with 5+. MBA highly preferred.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
