JOB SUMMARY : Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for CCSD that deliver strategic messages, promote district accomplishments, and enhance brand awareness for Cherry Creek Schools. Design internal and public-facing print and digital collateral. Help schools strengthen their communication and engagement strategies with parents. Develop and implement advertising campaigns and collaboratively work with the Communications Office personnel to align efforts and goals.

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for CCSD that deliver strategic messages, promote district accomplishments, and enhance brand awareness for Cherry Creek Schools. Daily 20% 2.

Design and shepherd through printing process promotional materials - including mailings, banners, and brochures - designed to inform and inspire parents, students, personnel, and community members to have greater awareness about district initiatives, priorities, achievements, and overall identity. Daily 20% 3.

Develop and implement advertising campaigns that promote key message points, strengthen district branding, and tell the story of how Cherry Creek Schools helps prepare students for life. Daily 10% 4.

Produce content and act as project manager for creative services and graphic design projects, including creating timelines and managing projects to completion. Daily 10% 5.

Help schools strengthen their communication and engagement strategies with parents. Daily 10% 6.

Create engaging social media content and campaigns, and assist in planning and posting on district Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Weekly 10% 7.

Provide support for Crisis Communications, including sending messages through district's mass communications platform. Weekly 10% 8.

Work with other Communications Office personnel to align efforts with storytelling, social media, video creation, and district events. Weekly 5% 9.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. It is essential that certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, and trainings are fulfilled, valid, and not expired. Criminal background check and fingerprinting required Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design or related field Three (3) years of professional work experience Experience in marketing and communications, writing, graphic design, and project management. Exceptional relationship-building, strategic planning, facilitation, and project-management skills necessary to organize a variety of stakeholders around common goals Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal relations skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS : The physical demands, mental functions, cognitive capacities, and work environment factors required to perform a position's essential functions.
