Performance Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for driving performance within your portfolio, ensuring growth in net revenue and lead generation through innovative strategies, cross-functional leadership, and the development of scalable solutions. You act as a recognized expert in paid media channels while fostering strong client relationships and promoting operational excellence. You will focus on a portfolio of clients on the North American market. This is a

Boston
office. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management:
Take ownership of your portfolio's performance by forecasting monthly business with your Account Manager counterpart. Achieve monthly and quarterly net revenue targets while closely monitoring volume, quality, and margin KPIs at the Squad, Category, Client, and Channel levels. Identify underperforming contexts and formulate action plans, briefing the Creative, Traffic, and Operations teams accordingly. Client Performance & Growth:
Develop action plans tailored to individual clients based on their specific context (launch, test & learn, scale, churn risk). Utilize a comprehensive 360° analysis, including competitive benchmarking and deep dives into KPIs, to drive improvements and define a growth plan to scale your clients, leveraging new channels, new marketing angles and new tactics. Squad Business Development:
Collaborate with Account Managers to provide insights on key attributes for negotiating with clients to grow their business. Continuously identify upsell opportunities and actively participate in key client meetings. Operational Excellence and Toolbox Development:
Lead the testing of new lead generation mechanisms, such as exploring new channels and conversion UXs. Drive the implementation of new tech initiatives and features on your clients, contributing to Dolead's operational know-how and toolbox. Profile: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a strong background in paid advertising (Search and/or Social Ads) in an agency or advertiser. Strong expertise in Lead Generation & campaign optimization. Experience with forecasting and creating action plans to drive growth within your portfolio. Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis (tools: SemRush, Looker, etc.). Effective communication, organisational, and time-management skills. Business-driven, problem-solver & strong growth mindset. Fluent in English. Higher Education in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Management).
