Senior Manager, Marketing

in a consumer health technology company requires a versatile skill set that blends forward-thinking marketing expertise with a deep understanding of the connected consumer technology landscape. The role will require strategic thinking, a customer-centric approach, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory complexities while still delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns. This role will be the consumer marketing leader for our product and service launches, working closely with product marketing to ensure the optimal experience. Working closely with the product and sales teams to ensure product, marketing, and sales are aligned on goals, messaging, and lead generation strategies. Partnering with product marketing managers and development teams to understand features, benefits, and updates, ensuring marketing is accurately conveying the product's value proposition. Gathering and integrating customer feedback to improve marketing efforts and product development. Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Continuously optimizing launch marketing campaigns based on data insights and market feedback. Lead consumer marketing within our RePap or product renewal efforts. Lead the creation of product storytelling around product and service innovations to connect with consumers emotionally. Building relationships with providers, influencers, and other strategic partners to amplify brand awareness and integrate into GTM execution. Post-purchase engagement on products and services. Optimizing content and evolving CRM to personalize content for Resmed consumers. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Minimum 6 years’ experience in consumer marketing. Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns. Experience leading B2C product and brand campaigns. Experience managing and growing and maintaining products and services in market with data-driven decision-making. Experience using data & analytical platforms to develop strategic decisions. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or MBA. 10+ years of related experience. Healthcare consumer marketing. Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days, and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. Base Pay Range for this position:

$146,000- $182,000. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
