Description

ViralHog is seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Coordinator to help ensure the smooth workflow of our content creation and publishing processes. This role is essential for delivering high-quality content on time across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain content calendars, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize our content operations.

The position reports to the Head of Content but requires cross-collaboration and additional training within various departments, allowing you to develop and execute a thorough understanding of Customer Service, Rights Management, and Licensing.

This is a full-time position that requires an in-office presence in our Bozeman, MT office, and requires working weekend shifts. This is an entry level or early career role, while experience is preferred, we are willing to train a talented individual who has a positive attitude and is ready to take on challenges.

Requirements

•Edit licensed videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software with precision and creativity.

•Stay informed on the rules and guidelines of all social media platforms to ensure ViralHog's channels are compliant and maintain a strong standing

•Conduct thorough quality checks on all content before publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

•Prioritize and respond promptly to emails across multiple departments, even on weekends.

•Manage reported usage and ownership disputes efficiently and decisively

•Issue DMCA takedown requests on social media platforms without delay when warranted

•Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking operational metrics with diligence

•Identify and implement streamlined processes for data discovery, analysis, and reporting

•Coordinate and track ongoing projects across various departments to ensure alignment and success

•Foster effective communication to drive timely decision-making

•Support leadership by accurately tracking and updating key performance indicators (KPIs)

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Competencies:

•Experience in video editing, particularly with Adobe Premiere Pro, is preferred

•Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are required

•Ability to write in various styles, including web content, marketing materials, and news releases, etc.

•Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)

•Familiarity with social media platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok

•Capability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and collaboration

•A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and own tasks

•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Physical Dimensions:

The physical requirements for this position involve working in an office environment and utilizing a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as necessary to perform job duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of a standard office. Employees may experience frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
