100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $40-$46/hr

Description:
In this role

•You will create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
•You will work with subject matter experts and identifying target audience's training needs.
•You will state instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
•You will visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
•You will conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
•You will provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
•Chosen candidate is responsible for working directly with Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning and Development Specialists and other project team members to design, develop and deliver training and development solutions using multiple delivery mediums including but not limited to classroom instruction, eLearning, video, job aids, and other related methods and techniques.

Experience with:
•Delivering informal training
•Owning the development and delivery of a Leadership program, working with internal Stakeholders and SMEs to develop specific (not generic) leadership content for an organization.
•Audience of 5-100 with varied levels of leadership experience

Tools experience: Articulate 360, Techsmith Suite, Microsoft Suite

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
•Responsible for conducting the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of eLearning, classroom learning (live and virtual), blended learning, and informal learning.
•Plan, organize and develop training curricula, materials and programs to meet specific learning needs.
•Work closely with subject matter experts to learn and understand needs. Conduct needs assessments and training program design strategies to develop programs and curricula that are responsive to current business needs, multiple skill levels and learning theory.
•Ensure that learning solutions align with organizational goals and priorities.
•Work creatively to build engaging curriculum using a variety of methods (eLearning, classroom, assessments, etc.).
•Apply instructional design theories, standards and best practices to produce effective learning and development solutions while maximizing quality and minimizing cost.
•Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables according to approved project plans.
•Manage relationships with key stakeholders to evaluate and assess the success of the delivered content.
•Analyze training trends and business needs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing and job performance metrics.
•Analyze the emerging learning technology environment to continue to drive design and development within the teams.
•Learn and apply new technologies to the design, development, and delivery of online learning, including audio, video and animation.
•Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as required.

Less than 5% company paid travel may be required to audit course content or learn student roles.
