Responsibilities:
- Web Design:
- Execute the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly website and pages, ensuring responsiveness across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Translate complex information into intuitive and engaging visual experiences, creating the creative assets for our web properties.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Present design rationale and champion creative solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all web properties.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
- Contribute significantly to the overall web design strategy of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of substantial projects.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is sufficient; front-end development experience is a plus).
- Ability to lead independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
