Our client is seeking a Quality Director:
•Need survey experience-someone who understands policies, knows how to present documents to surveyors quickly.
They should also know when to escalate issues and the hiring manager.
•This role will oversee Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, Infection Control, and likely a few other areas as well.
•Lead will have a team of abstractors and data collectors who are going to learn a lot from corporate.
•This role reports to the Risk Director, who operates like a VP-positioned between the Directors and the Executive Team.
•This position will also work closely with the CNO with plenty of autonomy.
Responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. They also manage risk, infection control, and compliance
Facility has a busy ER, growing rehab, and an "A" Leapfrog score.
Room for career growth and advancement.
•Bachelors Minimum, reports to a Senior Leader.
•Looking for someone who's an expert with Q-HIP, LeapFrog, and Data Trends.
•Fast paced of company and with room for growth.
•Will only be responsible for the Quality Department (7 FTE's, and Stroke & Sepsis).

- Ensure compliance with standards of care and infection control
- Maintain the hospital's reputation
- Ensure patient satisfaction
- Analyze data for patient safety, risk, quality, and regulatory
- Develop and implement best practices for patient safety and risk mitigation

- A registered nurse (RN) license
- Experience in managing quality and safety programs
- Strong management and mentoring skills
- Experience in risk management, patient safety, and quality management
