Your Contribution & Responsibilities
Content Management
- Set up eCommerce items (descriptions, dimensions, pricing, images, links, and product attributes).
- Ensure consistency in webpage templates, data quality, and product content.
- Merchandise site areas, including search results, collections, and cart recommendations.
- Lead site updates and content refreshes during peak promotions.
- Execute eCommerce projects on time and within budget.
- Manage web development tickets to ensure site health and performance.
- Implement onsite SEO tasks with external partners.
- Develop A/B tests to optimize performance and key KPIs.
- Translate analytics into strategies for a better user experience.
- Establish eCommerce standards for our .com and B2B platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis to drive insights.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, product, retail, B2B) to enhance content and improve conversions.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience (college experience considered).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and growth-focused merchandising strategies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Shopify Plus experience
- Familiarity with ERP backends and EDI processes
- Google Analytics 4 Certification
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills for quick image/video edits
