This role is a full-time, on-site position working with our Marketing department.

This role is a full-time, on-site position working with our Marketing department.
Responsibilities
- Draft first iterations of webpages and client-facing content to ensure tone, language, and messaging are brand-aligned
- Work closely with the MarTech team to draw insights from data and apply them across campaigns
- Pitch opportunities for new high-performing content during weekly MarTech check-ins and cross-departmental meetings
- Support the marketing team in building sophisticated email templates, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Maintain current web pages and address errors as they arise
- Execute front-end coding using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with guidance and training
- Take part in other Prepory initiatives as they arise and as directed by Prepory leadership
- Collaborate with the Enrollment team to design long-form proposals that generate B2B revenue
- Develop creative materials for paid search campaigns and help maintain current ones
- Support other departments with content development, as needed
- At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/PR
- Impeccable writing and grammar skills
- Familiarity with Canva and/or other design platforms
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Technologically savvy and can easily adapt to new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that often requires being reactive
