As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead over Measurement Strategy & Planning to develop and execute the on-on roadmap, helping our organization leverage the best-in-class tools to accomplish organization goals. Your work will enable hundreds of marketers across the Digital Experience and Digital Media organizations to drive impactful results through data-driven insights and strategic measurement frameworks.
What You'll Do- Collaborate closely with the Team Lead of Measurement Strategy & Planning to execute the on-on roadmap, focusing on delivering insights that empower marketing teams across the organization.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a measurement roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and marketing priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights and integrate into the larger roadmap.
- Drive data analysis and reporting to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports that communicate marketing performance and key insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support the implementation of advanced measurement techniques to innovate and elevate marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance marketing analytics capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- A degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing data analysis and providing actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies and tools, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
