Job Title: Marketing Manager/Specialist
Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $35.00 Hourly
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Automation Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end customer journey including email automation and various digital touchpoints.
This role shapes the workflow for a campaign and provides design guidance across different campaign touchpoints to ensure optimal design, language continuity and to maximize conversion funnel.
The Marketing Automation Specialist also supports campaign reporting and optimization that can articulate where campaigns are / are not being successful and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This role will also be responsible for working with our GIS and channel marketing partners to design, execute and track performance of all Insulation email campaign initiatives.
Finally, this role serves as a knowledge resource and capability evangelist for marketing automation within the Insulation business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing or related field
- More than 3 years of email marketing/automation experience
- Demonstrated previous work experience of running e-mail marketing automation campaigns
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of e-mail marketing automation, content development and contemporary technology
- Prior experience implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, content writing, developing campaigns for B2B companies and working knowledge of MS Dynamics platform
