Responsibilities

  • Director of Brand Marketing Support: Provide support for specific brands with graphic design and special events to include coordination, logistics, and execution.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for creating, maintaining, and cleaning databases, generating reports, and supporting various marketing activities such as budgets.
  • Ordering & Inventory Management: Assist with placing orders for marketing materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  • Shipping Coordination: Oversee the shipment of marketing materials and promotional items as needed, ensuring they reach their destinations on time.
  • Billing & Budget Tracking: Assist with checking and processing billings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Event Support: Provide support for local promotions including coordination, graphics, logistics, and execution.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the marketing department, including processing orders such as restaurant weeks, managing communications, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design Skills: Experienced in Canva (Adobe skills a plus) able to provide support with collateral needs for designated brands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong skills in Excel, including database management, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling billing and database management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Event Coordination Experience: Previous experience in event planning or support is not necessary but a plus.
  • Team Player: Willingness to assist with various tasks and contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.
