About the Role:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that enhance Camden Rep’s brand, drive audience engagement, and increase ticket sales. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can craft compelling narratives, build partnerships, and leverage digital and traditional media to maximize our impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for productions, events, and programs.
2. Manage Camden Rep’s online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
3. Create engaging content that reflects our mission and attracts diverse audiences.
4. Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency across all materials.
5. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
6. Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Who You Are:

1. A passionate storyteller with a deep love for the arts and community engagement.
2. Experienced in marketing, communications, or a related field (theater marketing is a plus!).
3. Skilled in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
