Description
Front Office Sports is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to plan, develop, and execute FOS' visual identity across all business units and content platforms.
This is a new role at an exciting time in the company's lifecycle as we continue the transition from a single-brand media company into a multi-platform, IP-led media company that delivers content directly to our audience across all of the major social and digital platforms, as well as our owned and operated channels.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong design POV and immaculate attention to detail with the ability to design assets in collaboration with multiple teams for a variety of channels with varying objectives.
This role requires someone who understands the workload and focus that comes with working at a dynamic and fast-paced media company.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Brand & Content Strategist.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the creation and delivery of consumer-facing graphic and visual elements across (and not limited to) social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), newsletter, website (standard and rich media display), events (marketing collateral, invitations, onsite activations, etc.) Work hand in hand with the Brand & Content Strategy and Multimedia teams to build a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and lines of business Create structure, process, and streamlined workflows to successfully collaborate with teams across the entire business Lead the creation of design assets for FOS' properties, franchises, and IP, ensuring a strong connective tissue to the FOS brand, while exploring the new look and feels Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnership marketing, events, social, video, and production to execute both short-term and long-term design initiatives Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions Create and standardize easy-to-use templates for other members of the cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and speed of execution Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3+ years of full stack graphic design experience - experience in UX and UI design a bonus A portfolio that showcases an ability to produce visually inventive and effective work across a range of platforms, from website to app to social media A strong work ethic and passionate ownership mentality with experience managing multiple workstreams across different areas of business Innate ability to lead the creative design process from brief to concept through to final delivery without errors A self-starter capable of taking initiative and working independently Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term projects in concurrent workstreams Takes feedback to execute changes and make improvements Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proficient knowledge of content creation tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, CapCut, Figma, and Canva Mastery of social and digital platform design best practices Handles pressure effectively and exhibits a flexible, positive attitude Ability to work outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis Benefits
