Associate Product Developer and Designer

Come work for a fun company! We are in search of an individual experienced in 2D/3D/CAD Designer to join our growing product development team. This is a full-time role located at our Headquarters in Cypress, CA. In this position, your primary responsibilities will revolve around new product development from initial concept and design all the way through production stages.
Primary responsibilities include:
Creating 3D part files and 2D technical drawings using Shapr3D and other software. Supporting CNC operations by providing CAD deliverables. Interfacing with suppliers, designers, and customers as needed. Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure all parts and models meet design specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality control throughout the modeling process. Follow detailed specifications and ensure all models meet the required tolerances. Updating material and product databases as needed. Be an active participant in team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve project milestones. Qualifications:
Technical Drawing and Drawing skills Computer-Aided Design (CAD) proficiency General understanding of fabrication methods and standards in metal fabrication General understanding of injection molding standards is a plus Design Engineering knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy in design work Strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to take direction and adapt to evolving project requirements and workflows. Off-Road or Racing Industry knowledge is a plus Knowledge of architectural design principles is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field is a plus
