We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Marketing Operations Coordinator
to manage email campaigns, compile performance reports, oversee partner outreach, and lead the execution of webinars and events. This role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to maintain marketing consistency across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and execute weekly email campaigns using
Pardot and Space , including building, scheduling, and testing sends. Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and compile reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance to optimize future outreach. Plan and execute
quarterly webinars , including coordinating speakers, scheduling, and managing follow-ups. Facilitate logistics for upcoming
events , ensuring all deliverables, including content, are prepared on time. Handle
partner team outreach
tasks, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and efficient communication. Act as a liaison between internal teams ( Marketing, Events, Product ) to ensure brand messaging consistency. Provide
weekly status updates
on all marketing initiatives and escalate urgent issues when necessary. Maintain
comprehensive documentation
and transition notes to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing projects. Identify potential operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficiency. Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years
of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, or event coordination. Proficiency in
Pardot, Space, or similar marketing automation tools . Strong analytical skills to interpret email and marketing performance data. Experience managing
webinars and live events . Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to
work independently
while managing multiple priorities. Experience with
B2B marketing
or SaaS industry. Familiarity with CRM tools such as
Salesforce . Understanding of
brand messaging
and digital marketing strategies.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.34 to $58.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
