A globally recognized design firm specializing in hospitality design is seeking a
Senior Interior Designer
to join their Boston-based team. With a presence in both the U.S. and the Middle East, the firm has been involved in prestigious projects such as the Aspire Tower in Doha, Qatar, and the transformation of the luxury event venues. They are a preferred design partner for leading hotel chains, including Hilton, Marriott, and Starwood. Role Overview
The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for
space planning, architectural coordination, construction drawings, and FF&E selections
for hospitality projects. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients to bring sophisticated design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute
space planning
strategies for hospitality projects. Create
architectural drawings and construction documents
that align with project specifications. Oversee
FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections , ensuring high design standards. Collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and stakeholders to execute
design concepts
effectively. Ensure compliance with brand standards and
client expectations
in all project phases. Contribute to the overall
design aesthetic and creative direction
of projects. Qualifications 5+ years of experience
in interior design, preferably within
hospitality design . Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite . Strong knowledge of
space planning, architecture, and construction documentation . Detail-oriented with a
strong sense of design aesthetics . Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
