Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline & Demand Generation:

Develop and execute scalable demand generation programs, including paid media, email campaigns, webinars, ABM strategies, and other digital tactics. Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity. Partner with sales to align on lead definitions, qualification processes, and pipeline targets. Partner with markets to drive alignment, execution, and performance tracking of marketing programs Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing channels and campaigns weekly, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and PowerBI. Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve ROI and meet business goals. Provide actionable insights through data-driven reporting to stakeholders. Content & Messaging:

Work with internal and external resources to develop compelling content for demand gen programs, including case studies, white papers, email nurture streams, and landing pages. Collaborate with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels. Growth Hacking & Experimentation:

Ideate, test, and implement innovative growth tactics to unlock new customer acquisition opportunities. Identify and scale new marketing channels to drive customer engagement and pipeline impact. Lifecycle Marketing:

Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities. Build strategies to engage and nurture leads throughout the buyer journey. Qualifications:

5+ years

of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Proven expertise in building and optimizing digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Strong experience with data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and making data-driven decisions. Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot. Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A

The base pay range for this role is $113,200 - $170,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
