Community charities are championed by employees, who in addition to financial donations, volunteer their time and skills to leverage effectiveness.Purpose of the roleThe Senior Campaign Executive will be responsible for supporting planning, implementation, and reporting for multi-channel digital campaigns across designated major accounts in the US. The Senior Campaign Executive leads projects from ideation through reporting, managing timelines and making proactive recommendations. This person will support client relationships through project ownership and proactive, data-driven ideas. They provide quality output and ensure standards are met across the team. This person may also mentor and guide junior team members to promote growth. This individual has a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and is passionate about staying up to date on relevant trends.Key responsibilities and tasksClient ManagementAssists the team with the management of client accounts and projects, taking full ownership of projects on occasionOffers proactive, thoughtful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding digital tactics, online opportunities, and trending contentSupports relationships with clients, establishing self and TEAM LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for digital communications servicesCoordinates communication with clients and ensures deadlines and service agreements are adheredParticipates in the business development process by supporting with pitch preparation and researchDigital / Social mediaProvides social media execution and management of related digital activity, can include, but not limited to, writing content calendars, scheduling posts, managing creative development, and blog managementImplements and maintains social media communities, campaigns and projects for TEAM LEWIS clientsWorks effectively, communicates, and collaborates with internal teams as necessary to push through deliverablesContributes to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube and InstagramProduction of social-first copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platformCollaborates with paid social, creative, research, analytics, and other teams to execute, optimize and report on deliverablesStays up to date on digital marketing best practices and current trendsTeam working and developmentEnsures personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an ongoing basisUnderstands task priorities to stay organized personally and as a teamAccurately reports activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client dutiesEscalates new business requests or opportunities to grow existing client accounts to appropriate team membersWorks closely with line manager to maximize own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career developmentSupports with the training of graduates and interns wherever possibleRegularly attends TEAM LEWIS training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and develop knowledgeReporting and analysisGathers data for reporting and provides initial analysis and recommendationsEnsures that all account activity and results are reported back to the Digital Marketing Manager / DirectorProactively looks for opportunities to level-up work based on results, and takes action to implement recommendationsSupports in developing performance reports based on social listening and/or account social/digital activityProvides reports to the senior management team on requestGeneralSupports the TEAM LEWIS team on ad-hoc initiatives and projectsTakes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and workContributes to TEAM LEWIS’ collaborative culture by building relationships with all departmentsAbout youPrevious digital and social media coordination experience, ideally in an agency environmentStrong understanding of the digital / social industry and related platformsA persuasive and convincing writing styleCalmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlinesProactive, resourceful and a self-starterEffectively communicates and work within a teamAbility to interact confidently with clients at a senior levelAbility to troubleshoot team and client problem areas – and suggest a remedial course of actionCreative thinking and an open-minded approachExcellent time management skillsProven competency in managing a varied workloadExperience with organic and paid social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads) and understands how to tailor copy and creative for each platformFoundational experience with social media listening and management tools, blog hosting tools and reporting tools a plusYou love technology, and perhaps even have experience working on marketing for a tech company!This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role.
