The Senior Manager of Field Communications will develop and implement YouthBuild Global’s field-facing communications strategy for its robust network of over 320 programs. This position will manage all day-to-day outreach through established communications cadences and channels to deliver effective, timely, and engaging content to domestic and international programs. They will partner with the Network Engagement team to strengthen communications with our field and advance YouthBuild’s global mission. The Senior Manager of Field Communications will join the organization as it evolves its operating model as a global support center and drives initiatives that will position the YouthBuild network for greater impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working closely with the Senior Director of Network Engagement, this position will play a key role in developing ways to foster collaboration and engagement across our network to support this critical work. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative, and results-oriented professional with experience developing effective communications for a diverse range of stakeholders and have a passion for digital engagement. Requirements Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Collaborate with all internal departments to develop and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy for field-facing content that is consistent with the team’s overarching marketing strategies and organization-wide goals. Assess existing field communications and channels, while offering innovative ways to connect, catalyze, and champion local YouthBuild programs. Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, inspiring content. Collaborate with Director of Marketing and Communications to draft field-facing messages on behalf of the President and CEO. Establish and implement standardized internal processes and procedures for communicating with the field. Manage communications calendars, including an internal-facing calendar and the events and communications hub on myYB, the information and resources platform for all affiliates. Oversee the production of field newsletters, marketing and communications toolkits and training materials. Ensure consistent use of YouthBuild’s brand through all field-facing content and support brand implementation at the local program level. Leverage metrics continually to track, analyze, and refine field-facing communications efforts. Provide proofreading and editing support for field communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Monitor and respond to trends in digital engagement tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Education & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree required and at least 5–8 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, analytics, and innovative best practices. Extensive experience building and maintaining communications strategies that strengthen and connect diverse networks. Excellent writing skills and expertise delivering impactful, targeted content. Skills & Knowledge Required

Strong communication and project management skills across multiple stakeholders; highly organized, system-minded, and process-oriented. Detail oriented, creative thinker with enthusiasm for introducing new ideas. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and show ownership of projects and processes from start to finish. Proficiency in HTML and CSS. Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM database preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent photo editing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a Grade 4 position with a salary range of $70,000–$80,000.
