We are seeking a Graphic Designer in Bismarck or Fargo! This position may be eligible for remote work. In this role, you will: Create various designs for company campaigns, social imagery, ads, and marketing collateral, across a wide range of mediums Prioritize, build, and distribute new assets and templates that allow us to scale as a globally distributed team Ensure consistent, high-quality design across all our branded materials that meets company objectives and reinforces our brand across all channels Lead multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and champion projects form concept to completion. Collaborate effectively as a cross-functional team member Create high-quality work that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand Produce and advocate for strong design solutions, communication ideas to key stakeholders across the organization Work within Brand Guidelines, with an innovative approach to evolving the brand through forward-thinking design solutions You should: Be Disciplined & Self-motivated - Possess a professional level of self-direction and ability to prioritize work, be intentional in your actions, and explore solutions through a consistent process Be Self-aware - highly intentional about your decision-making processes, and skilled in communicating them to diverse colleagues and customers Be detail oriented - follow brand guidelines, catch errors and notice inconsistencies Seek the need - explore the big picture to identify needs rather than being transactional You should have: A degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline Five years of experience designing and/or conceptualizing designs Excellent verbal and written skills Comfortable working alone, but also thrives in a collaborative environment Starion Bank is a growing community bank known for providing local leadership, personalized service and community loyalty.
