You Are:

An experienced Lighting Designer that has specialized in luxury residential. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client and project team interaction. You love painting a space with light, passionate about the creation of spaces that enhance the lives of clients, and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.

You Have:

Experience with Lighting Design software (DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance) and architectural drafting software (CAD, Bluebeam, Revit). Knowledge of lighting control systems like Lutron QSX. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Contribution to Cascade:

Assist Sales & Marketing: Client Meetings, Presentations, Lunch & Learns
Collaborate: Client, Internal Teams (Sales, PM, Eng), Architect, GC, Electrician
Project Docs: Gather, Modify, Update, Distribute
Lighting Plans: Layouts, Renderings, Intent, Mood Boards
Fixture & Driver Spec: Selection, Maintenance, Distribution
Product Details: Ensure selections meet the needs of the client
Site Visits/Walks: Attend, take notes, modify project as needed
Scene Creation: Determine levels across loads to achieve "Wow!"
Button Engravings: Suggest, review, align to a great user experience
Order Fixtures: Place PO's to arrive in alignment with build schedule
Aiming/Tuning: Highlight art, architectural features, and finishes
Night Tuning: Visit sites and set levels for optimal effect
Daily Use Architectural Software: CAD, Bluebeam, Revit
Lighting Design Software a Plus: DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance
Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
