Duties:

  • Information and reader's services at a busy public desk
  • Collection development and maintenance of assigned areas
  • Program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Person-in-charge (PIC) duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requires:

  • Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability is desired
  • Knowledge of nonfiction, history, arts, medical, and international collections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with content management systems is desirable

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week, including one evening a week and weekend rotations.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.16 per hour

The pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, and seniority.
