Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our dermatology and cosmetic practice. This role is responsible for managing our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement while efficiently overseeing purchasing and inventory management of retail and cosmetic products to ensure the seamless operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and supply chain management, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote dermatology and cosmetic services.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and online reputation management.
  • Plan and execute patient engagement initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, influencers, and industry professionals for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Purchasing and Inventory Management Duties:
  • Maintain and track retail and cosmetic products.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Order and restock supplies as needed, negotiating with vendors for the best pricing and terms.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to inventory storage and handling.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to forecast demand and manage stock levels accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, inventory management, or a related role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic practice.
  • Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
