Summary:

The Marketing Analyst will report to and assist the Director of Analytics in understanding the performance marketing impact on revenue across the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium events. As our organization continues to expand our data platform, we are looking for this role to analyze marketing related data and tell a data-driven story that will help the sales and marketing departments make decisions that will lead to achieving revenue goals. This role will measure and seek ways to improve upon the effectiveness of email marketing, paid advertising, social media, web performance, and continued automation efforts.

Location:

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the results of the organization's marketing strategy to measure the impact of sales initiatives of driving revenue, increasing retention and fan engagement across all platforms including paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Work with the marketing team to closely track and review overall campaign performance, while creating strategic
  • recommendations regarding how to improve levels of awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Use Google Analytics, Ticketmaster, and HubSpot to build advanced tracking and key insights on e-commerce sales and trends
  • Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketing performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute consumer and product segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Help build performance forecasts for marketing channels, including KPIs such as web traffic, ROAS, and CAC
  • Develop domain expertise in relevant datasets and strategically prioritize critical data points.
  • Leverage data to refine audience segmentation strategies, ensuring targeted and personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales departments to establish reliable and meaningful reporting standards while providing quantitative and logical support as needed.
  • Design and deliver clear and concise presentations involving complex and thorough data analysis.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required - Analytics, Statistics, Math, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration with emphasis in one of the previously listed disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL (A SQL assessment will be part of the interview process)
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics/Data
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot is required.
  • Foundational marketing knowledge including A/B testing principles and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience with Databricks is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI, Tableau experience is acceptable)
  • Communicates well and works effectively across disciplines (sales, marketing, IT, finance, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance and is proactive in identifying growth opportunities for the organization
