MakarttPro is a fast-growing professional nail brand dedicated to providing high-quality, essential products for luxury independent nail technicians. We focus on delivering innovative solutions through eCommerce channels, including our website, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and provide critical support in office management, customer service, marketing operations, and executive assistance.

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while contributing to the company's marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Office & Administrative Support Oversee office management, including ordering and replenishing office and marketing supplies.
  • Ensure the office remains organized and operates smoothly. Assist in scheduling and coordinating management travel, including flights, accommodations, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses through email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Manage device repair requests, coordinating with the necessary teams for troubleshooting and servicing.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and tracking common concerns to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and executing marketing opportunities. Assist with product promotions, giveaways, and influencer outreach.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate and track inventory levels of promotional materials and marketing assets.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with customer and sales information.
  • Help manage marketing-related projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or marketing support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with customer service or CRM systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in eCommerce, beauty, or professional nail industry is a plus.
