The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. They manage day-to-day campaign setup and execution across various paid digital advertising platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.), monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve the best possible return on ad spend.

This position reports to the Director, Global Digital Marketing, is part of the Digital Marketing Team and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop innovative paid search strategies and implement global digital advertising campaigns across various paid media platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create compelling copy and visuals for ads and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing and ongoing keyword discovery and optimization for improved conversions.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media advertising, or related field required along with 5+ years digital advertising experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B companies.
  • Demonstrated ability in working hands-on in PPC account optimizations in B2B settings.
  • In-depth experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant paid advertising platforms, building and optimizing campaigns; Google Ads certification preferred.
  • Experience building & A/B testing landing pages and integration with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in using advertising analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
