Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon's premium free streaming service.
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Advertising Services Manager to join our Campaign Operations team in Culver City. Reporting directly to the Head of Studios Marketing Campaign Operations, this role is pivotal in managing marketing material requests from our internal Prime Video Ads partners for the entire Amazon MGM Studios Marketing film and series campaign slate. The ideal candidate will work closely with campaign teams to select effective marketing materials for as many as 30 titles per quarter, ensuring all content receives proper clearance from legal, PR, and Studios marketing teams prior to distribution to Advertising Executives across the globe.
The Marketing Advertising Services Manager serves as the central point of contact between sales, creative marketing, and technical teams, overseeing the end-to-end execution and optimization of digital advertising campaign materials for the Prime Video Ads Program. Key responsibilities include managing bulk asset ingestion into our distribution mechanism, setting up technical implementations, trafficking campaign materials across channels, and maintaining a centralized asset library. The role requires deep expertise in digital advertising operations, strong project management skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities to develop comprehensive workflows and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders for approvals and compliance.

Key job responsibilities
- Set up and configure technical implementations required for digital ad campaigns (e.g., display, video, social, native)
- Traffic and manage digital ad campaigns across various channels
- Manage the collection, organization, and maintenance of all digital advertising creative assets and by request
- Ensure brand guidelines and creative specifications are followed for ad units
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to traffic and update assets as needed
- Maintain a centralized library of approved ad creatives and associated metadata
- Lead meetings with sales, account management, and creative teams on campaign plans and requirements
- Develop detailed campaign workflows, implementation schedules, and go-to-market plans
- Track campaign progress and KPIs, providing comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders
- Liaise with legal, PR, content security and marketing teams to secure clearances and approvals for marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulations and brand guidelines
- Oversee the process of asset ingestion and management, ensuring materials and data are accurately captured and organized
- Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to marketing materials as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in marketing operations, digital advertising, or asset management role, or related field
- Experience maintaining and reporting against marketing technology solutions
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams (e.g. asset management, sales, creative, strategy, tech)
- Experience with APIs, metadata tagging, asset uploading and file naming
- Experience with marketing/advertising platforms, ad operations, and owning roadmap strategy
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data reporting tools
- Understanding of data management principles, data quality assurance, and data governance
- Familiarity with marketing campaign management processes and tools, as well as agile software development methodologies (e.g. Smartsheet, Airtable familiarity)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years in marketing or advertising, preferably in media, entertainment, marketing, or ad sales
- Experience managing marketing materials, clearances, and asset management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a combination of timely and ongoing projects simultaneously and with precision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across different teams
- Familiarity with legal and clearance processes related to marketing and advertising
- Proficient in digital asset management systems, asset distribution systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Airtable, and related applications
