What You Will Do:
Safetica is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to drive content initiatives that engage cybersecurity, IT, and risk management professionals and align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of developing and implementing a global content strategy that delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B content marketing, audience research, and data-driven decision-making. They should also be proficient in leveraging AI tools to scale content creation efficiently.
At Safetica, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, allowing team members to work remotely while maintaining collaboration and productivity. While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the South Bay / San Jose areas to support occasional in-person meetings for team alignment and strategy sessions. These in-person interactions help foster stronger connections and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, audience needs, and the customer journey.
- Oversee the creation and management of content across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, reports, videos, and social media.
- Own and optimize agile-based processes for content management, including intake, ideation, prioritization, production, and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and external partners to ensure content effectiveness.
- Optimize website content including landing pages and manage SEO-driven strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline and scale content production while maintaining quality.
- Conduct audience research to tailor content to our buyers, customers, and partners.
- Establish KPIs and track content performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Maintain brand voice consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep content strategy competitive.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content strategy and marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity audiences and industry challenges.
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot, PathFactory, Google Analytics, and AI-powered content tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application in content strategy.
