We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Administrator to play a crucial role in the implementation and management of AEM as a content management system (CMS) for marketing use cases. This individual will be responsible for driving adoption, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support to ensure the seamless integration of AEM into marketing workflows. The AEM Administrator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect end-user feedback, and develop documentation to enhance the system’s functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training & Support: Lead training sessions for internal teams and end-users to ensure effective use of AEM for marketing purposes. Provide continuous support and troubleshooting as issues arise.
- User Feedback & System Enhancement: Gather feedback from end-users, identify opportunities for improvement, and update training materials and system configurations as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, IT, and marketing teams to address technical challenges, ensure system functionality, and provide insights on best practices for using AEM.
- Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and documentation to support end-users and facilitate smooth onboarding to AEM.
- Campaign Tracking & Success Measurement: Track the effectiveness of campaigns and content variations generated through AEM, measuring success and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base for end-users, while also training internal trainers who may not have formal training experience.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize Workfront for managing project workflows and content development. Experience with JIRA and Test Director is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AEM: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and experience in leveraging it for marketing content management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and conduct engaging training sessions.
- SharePoint Knowledge: Experience with SharePoint for managing documentation and collaboration.
- Industry Experience: Experience in regulated industries such as retail, life sciences, or banking is a plus due to the need for understanding complex systems and compliance requirements.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong skills in tracking system usage and campaign performance, with an eye for continuous improvement.
