What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Act as liaison with Publishing Director and Editors for assigned imprint(s)
2. Coordinate with Production and Copyediting staff on all projects involving assigned imprint(s)
3. Maintain data networks for imprint titles and support various managing editorial teams
4. Conduct bi-weekly status meetings and project planning discussions as needed
5. Review manuscript tagging for consistency, clarity, and accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing editorial, production editorial, or project management
2. Expert proofreading skills
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and File Maker is a plus
