Our client, a successful high volume business, seeks a motivated and professional Event Planner to drive sales, customize events, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Sales

• Follow up on inquiries and schedule client meetings.
• Present services, close sales, and secure contracts with deposits.
• Create proposals and adapt to client feedback.

Event Coordination

• Customize event details to meet client needs.
• Work with staff to ensure flawless execution.
• Verify contracts, ensure billing accuracy, and maintain records.

Post-Event

• Collect feedback and foster repeat bookings.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of sales experience in food service or similar.
• High school diploma (college coursework preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.

This is a salary + commission based role, requiring a hands on professional prepared to go the extra mile to make a client's dream event(s) a reality.
