Aura is building the ecommerce operating system, helping Amazon sellers maintain competitive pricing around the clock with our repricing software and analyze their data to uncover insights and drive profitability with our analytics software. We’ve built a recognizable brand in our space, bootstrapping to over 2,400 paying users and $3MM in annual recurring revenue. Having found traction, we’re ready to scale our impact with a mission to make it easier to sell online with the most comprehensive and modular suite of ecommerce tools for the next 10,000 sellers.


The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic, data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead our growth initiatives. As our core marketing team member, you'll work directly with the founders to exponentially grow our user base through content, partnerships, and in-person events. This role is perfect for a curious, autonomous person who thrives in rapidly changing environments and isn't afraid to dive into the unknown.


What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on content creation, partnerships, and in-person events.
  2. Create engaging daily/weekly content for our blog and social channels.
  3. Identify, test, and scale new growth channels beyond our current paid acquisition focus.
  4. Dive deep into our analytics data (Intercom, Mixpanel, etc.) for channel optimization.
  5. Identify new affiliate partners and deepen relationships with current partners.
  6. Strategically allocate and manage our monthly marketing and sales budget.
  7. Develop standards, processes, and tools to drive significant impact and efficiency.
  8. Interface with our marketing agencies for Google Ads and SEO.
  9. Work directly with the founders to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3-7 years of relevant, hands-on work experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  2. In-depth knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, and content creation.
  3. Strong data analysis skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision making.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proactive problem-solver with a knack for identifying and addressing challenges.
  7. Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity.
  8. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments (preferred).
  9. Passion for the future of retail and technological innovation in e-commerce.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS or MS in Marketing or relevant field.
