In This Role, You Will
- Lead and project manage the design execution and quality of several location projects at once (e.g., new flagship stores, red existing locations, etc.)
- Define guidelines, requirements, and toolkits for new locations, and nurture and improve current ones all towards the objective of a cohesive, high quality location experience.
- Translate between Design and operational teams, able to understand the Design vision and clearly communicate and execute it with on the ground teams.
- Think both strategically and operationally in order to get cross-functional teams to be incentivized, mutually aligned, and equipped towards improving World Space quality.
- Work with leadership to be proactive in understanding needs and executing location improvements for a constantly evolving and high-traffic operations.
- Work directly with designers and developers to communicate requirements and ensure a high creative standard (e.g., storefronts, signage, service design, merchandise, booths, etc.).
- Working directly with a team of external production and creative partners for fast-turnaround of content production and shipping.
- Spend 50% of your time travelling in the field, acting as a bridge between Design and Operations in order to execute high quality location design, from providing explicit directions to launchers to helping identify solutions to spatial design challenges.
About You
- 8+ years of experience in service design, merchandising, physical location design, or a comparable role.
- You possess US work authorization.
- You have experience living and working abroad, and are ready and excited to spend 50% of your time traveling to the field, often on short notice.
- Highly organized and able to strategically prioritize multiple work-streams at once.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with executives.
- Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment.
- Radical end-to-end ownership.
- Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset.
- Any of the following are a bonus: experience with print, supply chain, and vendor management.

Pay Transparency Statement (for CA And NY Based Roles)
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $180k - $200k plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
