What you will do:
- Design and implement marketing strategies and techniques to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns/activities, analyze results, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Test ideas and analyze results to make data-driven decisions and adjust the strategy.
- Work with BD/Sales and Marketing managers to achieve goals.
Must haves:
- Experience as Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company.
- Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (10+ people).
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to haves:
- Expertise in Fintech/Ecommerce/Analytics domain.
- Knowledge of principles of Account Based Marketing.
