Job Summary:
As a Marketing Project Manager Intern, you will play a role in helping to execute our marketing initiatives. You will assist with coordinating various marketing projects, providing administrative support, organizing assets, and ensuring smooth communication across different teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management and marketing within a creative and collaborative environment.
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, such as coordinating meetings, and tracking project progress.
Organize project files, documents, and marketing assets in Google Drive to help the team stay organized.
Take clear notes during meetings, track action items, and follow up as needed.
Review incoming creative requests in Asana and help prioritize them according to project timelines.
Help facilitate communication within the team by sharing updates and next steps with stakeholders.
Assist with updating project timelines and trackers to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Support product launches by organizing assets, tracking tasks, and helping with coordination.
Assist with monthly video projects, including livestreams, photoshoots, and other production tasks, by organizing schedules, managing assets, and coordinating logistics.
Ideal Qualifications Include: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus.
Proficient in Google Drive and other office productivity software.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The team member frequently communicates with internal team members, investors and vendors. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and printer. Occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various projects.
