Small Description: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Support professional to assist our client with various activities related to Email Marketing Campaigns, Personalization Campaigns, and A/B Testing using Adobe Marketo. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing automation and a strong understanding of database management.
Job Responsibilities:
Build landing pages and forms. Develop and implement personalization campaigns. Create and execute A/B tests for existing campaigns. Set up and manage drip/nurture campaigns with complex logic. Conduct audience segmentation. Establish lead scoring rules to enhance conversions. Ensure data hygiene to improve the Marketo database and delivery rates. Perform data enrichment and database optimization, including normalization and deliverability campaigns. Maintain marketing forms for compliance and optimization. Utilize Wrike for marcom project management.
Skills:
Marketo Certified Expert. 5+ years of B2B marketing automation experience, with strong admin experience in Marketo and Salesforce. Experience in a matrix organization; agency experience is a plus. Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution. Proficient in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization practices. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
Qualification:
Marketo Certification. Relevant experience in marketing automation and database management.
