Our Corporate office is growing and with our growth, we are in need of a savvy Marketing Manager who can roll of their sleeves and hit the ground running with an existing professional marketing team! Our new hire will work with leadership to define marketing strategies and build effective marketing plans, communication tools and campaigns for our company. The Marketing Manager manages the promotion and direction of the marketing activities and is highly involved in the collaborative, think-tank culture of the marketing team. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will assist with the constant changes and improvements of the companys image, market data and information.
Responsibilities: Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.Develop concepts, including copy and content, for use in various internal and external marketing materials brochures, mailers, email campaigns, commercials, billboards, presentations, newsletters, websites, advertising, press releases and articles for industry publications.Utilize primary and secondary research to incorporate customer and consumer insights into marketing materials, messages and strategies.Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales events;Oversees the companys marketing budget;Responsible for the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;Responsible for the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns;Overall responsibility for brand management and company identity;Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns;Oversees the graphical design and assists with new product launches;Maintains effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectivesBuild strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendorsStay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our branding is competitiveEnsure exceptional customer service standards are met by overseeing team performance, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfactionManage relationship with ad agencyLead marketing meeting with executives bi weeklyCreate and manage influencer marketing campaignsOther duties and functions as assigned
Requirements BS Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail environment (food store experience is desired)Experience in digital and traditional marketing, SEO, PPC, social media and content creation, email marketing, targeted marketing and website content managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and interpret trends to inform marketing strategiesStrong communication skills with the ability to lead a teamCreative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketingMust have excellent computer skills with experience working on tech platforms geared towards Marketing initiatives, MS Office Suite, etc.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
